Is your leadership home, where community, learning, and support come together.
The Leadership Club, designed for managers who value sustainable performance. It offers high-quality webinars and training programs, thoughtfully designed tools and templates, personalised coaching, and carefully curated networking opportunities.
Like elite athletes, our members deliberately train focus, resilience, energy, and confidence not in isolation, but within a trusted peer community. This is not about consuming more content, but about deliberate practice and real progress.
Our values guide everything we do. They shape our interactions, decisions, and the way we build our leadership club.

Eva Blaha is a Franco-Czech senior manager and former elite athlete whose career spans countries and disciplines. From professional sport to business finance management, and later to IT and organisational transformation leadership, she has repeatedly reinvented her professional path. Now an entrepreneur, she brings this lived experience of transition, resilience, and reinvention into leadership development.

Jacques Demaël is a senior executive, entrepreneur and consultant specializing in leadership, strategy, and organizational development across complex, risky and global environments. His career spans large corporations, non-profits, and start-ups, where he has implemented leadership systems, governance frameworks, and strategic decision processes. This hands-on experience gives him a personal understanding of what truly sustains performance beyond theory.
Eva Blaha and Jacques Demaël come from distinct professional backgrounds, yet share a deeply grounded experience of management, shaped by reality, pressure, complexity, and long-term transformation.
Together, they founded Home of Management with a clear ambition: to support managers and leaders in achieving sustainable, human, and responsible performance, without dogma, without heroic leadership myths, and without superficial solutions. Their work responds to a rapidly changing professional landscape, where complexity is rising and expectations differ across generations.
The Leadership Club was born from hands-on leadership experience in sport and professional environments, across both success and failure, and from the conviction that traditional models no longer meet today’s realities. Leadership is a living discipline, shaped over time through deliberate practice, thoughtful reflection, and high-quality peer exchange.
